Action “Free Legal Advice” for Barateli Population

The action of the Notary Chamber “Free Legal Advice” will continue in September.

The Chairman of the Board of the Notary Chamber, Ms. Marika Gogoladze met the population of Barateli (Akhalkalaki municipality) together with the local notaries at the public center. Local residents were informed in details the actual notary services: the procedures for obtaining inheritance property, rights and obligations of successors; also, mechanisms for the protection of minor’s property, the advantage of notary mediation in the process of land registration.

The rural population received the legal advice on other issues interesting to them. As the attendees of the meeting noted, such actions were very important for the population to understand the legal issues. “We have received very interesting advices on how to protect our rights, to get belonged property, whom to apply for dispute settlement...” - said the citizens.

The action will be held at the Public Center of Kumurdo tomorrow.
