Chairman of the Board of the Notary Chamber continues meetings with newly appointed notaries

The Chairman of the Board of the Notary Chamber of Georgia, Ms. Marika Gogoladze, continues meetings with newly appointed notaries in municipalities. Today, she got acquainted with the activities of notaries in Kareli.

There are currently two notary offices in Kareli municipality. The second notary was appointed under the Order of the Minister of Justice of Georgia in 2016, that made the notary services more available for the local population.

As a result of the notary reform initiated by the Minister of Justice, the notary service is now available on the whole territory of Georgia. The notaries are appointed in municipalities and settlements where there was no notary service available and they shall serve the local population for the next three years.

The Chairman of the Board of the Notary Chamber promised the notaries acting in Kareli to support them in the notary activities as much as possible.

The Notary Chamber provides financial and technical assistance to all notaries appointed in the municipality.
