Chairman of the Notary Chamber awarded the Certificates to Interns wishing to Hold Office as Notary
The Chairman of the Board of the Notary Chamber of Georgia, Ms. Marika Gogoladze awarded the certificates to interns wishing to hold office as a Notary.
16 interns successfully passed the internship course at the Training Center of Notary Chamber. Some of them have already passed the qualification exams for notaries.
The internship lasts for eight months and includes the theoretical and practical courses. The interns studied the notary and related legislation in the Training Center, they also mastered the effective service skills. They passed practical training in notary offices and various state agencies (National Agency of Public Registry, Public Services Development Agency, National Bureau of Enforcement, Service Agency).
Passing internship at the Training Center of the Notary Chamber and the notary qualification exam is one of the essential conditions to hold office as a notary.
As a result of the notary reform initiated by the Ministry of Justice, Notary candidates shall be appointed in the municipalities and settlements where the service is not properly available. They shall serve the local population for three years.
