THE PRESIDENT OF BOARD OF THE NOTARY CHAMBER OF GEORGIA MET NOTARIES NEWLY APPOINTED IN REGIONS June 6, 2014 Today the President of the Notary Chamber of Georgia Nino Khopheria met notaries newly appointed in regions. According to the Decree
of the Minister of Justice only in two months seven notaries were appointed in
Georgian regions and towns, where notary service was unavailable or
insufficient for the local population for proper service. |

THE NOTARY CHAMBER HOLDS OUT A SEMINAR FOR FUTURE CONSULS May 28, 2014 The
President of the Notary Chamber of Georgia Nino Khopheria carries out a seminar
for future consuls, employees of diplomatic representations of Georgia abroad. This
is a three-day training, which includes legal and technical issues related to
performance of notary actions. |

TWO MORE NOTARIES APPOINTED IN REGIONS May 27, 2014 According to the Decree of the Minister of Justice two more notaries were appointed in regions: Kaspi and Lagodekhi. There was only one notary in the Kaspi region and two in Lagodekhi before. As of now the notary service has become more available for population of the mentioned regions. |

CONGRATULATIONS WITH INDEPENDENCE DAY FROM THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE May 26, 2014 On the
26th of May the Ministry of Justice joins the celebration dedicated
to the Independence Day of Georgia. For the whole day services of the Ministry
and its eleven subordinate legal entities of public law will be delivered in a
pavilion organized in the Rustaveli Avenue. LEPL-s, constituting a part of the
Ministry, will deliver information about popular and available services to the
citizens. |

NINO KHOPHERIA WILL PRESIDE THE NOTARY CHAMBER OF GEORGIA May 19, 2014 Nino Khopheria has been elected as the President of the Notary Chamber of Georgia. According to the Law of Georgia “On Notariat” the Board of the Notary Chamber comprises of seven members including the president. At the given stage four more members of the Board have been elected: Marika Gogoladze (Vice-President), Tinatin Devdariani, Nargiza Jankhoteli, Khatuna Kalandarishvili. The rest two members will be elected in the nearest future. |
