REFORMS IN THE NOTARIAT SYSTEM CONTINUE June 30, 2014 On the 30th of June there was a presentation of the brand of the Notary Chamber of Georgia and the concept of notariat development held out at the Hotel “Radisson Blu Iveria”. The Minister of Justice introduced the new President of the Notary Chamber of Georgia to participants: members of the Notary Chamber of Georgia, head of services of the Ministry of Justice, members of the judicial power, lawyers, representatives of the financial circles. |

GIZ DELEGATION VISITED THE NOTARY CHAMBER OF GEORGIA June 30, 2014 German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) visited the Notary Chamber of Georgia. For three days members of the GIZ delegation (GIZ Programs Director, Vice-President of the Notary Chamber of Germany and a notary) will examine the notary system in Georgia, activity of the Notary Chamber of Georgia. |

MEDIATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE ISSUED TO NEWLY APPOINTED NOTARIES June 23, 2014 Newly appointed notaries are attending workshops in notary mediation. The workshops are
carried out by the “Georgian Mediation Center” together with a Polish expert
Mediator Machei Tanski. Notaries will pass a stage-by-stage training. |
