The Chairman of the Board of Notary Chamber, Ms. Nino Khoperia  introduced the conditions of Notary qualification exams to the Master’s Degree Students of the Faculty of Law of Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. 

Notary Chamber of Georgia considers that the remarks done by "International Transparency - Georgia" to the draft on making amendments to the Law of Georgia "On Notaries" prepared by the Ministry of Justice are not legally substantiated. It is a subjective opinion of certain persons on the reforms planned in the notariat and desirable for us.

The Ministry of Justice of Georgia announced Notary Qualification Exams that will be held at the training center of the Ministry of Justice. The documents submission of interested candidates started on October 12 and lasts till November 08, 2015 (For detailed information, visit: (http://www.notary.ge/geo-2582-notariusta-sakvalifikacio-gamocda).

Training Center of Justice is pleased to announce admission on Notary qualification exams.

Examination will include two stages:

1^st stage - General skills test on November 13^th-14^th ;

2^nd stage – Professional testing on November 20^th-21^th;

The Notary Chamber introduced the draft “Notary Practice Direction” to the Judges. The meeting was attended by the Judges of the Supreme Court of Georgia, Tbilisi Court of Appeal and Tbilisi City Court and Representatives of German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
