Acting Notaries in Adjara and Kutaisi has been provided the Computers

The Chairman of the Board of Notary Chamber, Ms. Nino Khoperia met the acting notaries in Adjara and Kutaisi and transferred the computer equipment to them. The Deputy Chairman of the Board of Notary Chamber Ms. Marika Gogoladze also attended the meeting. By the initiative of the Minister of Justice, notary services should be available for the population in all cities and regions of Georgia. Accordingly, the Ministry of Justice and the Notary Chamber fully support the notaries to equip their offices with technical equipment and amenities. The acting notaries of other regions have been already handed over the computer equipment.

The current issues were discussed at the meeting held in Batumi, including about the amendments made to the instructions “On the Fulfillment of Notary Activities” and provision of “Notaries Disciplinary Liability”.
