The Notary Chamber of Georgia held the presentation of Georgian translation of the Handbook “Property Law”

The Notary Chamber of Georgia held the presentation of Georgian translation of the handbook "Property Law" by the German author Manfred Wolf. The presentation was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Justice, LEPL under the Ministry, the Court, the Lawyers, the Higher Education Institutions of Georgia, translators in the Exhibition Gallery of the National Archives of Georgia.

From 2015 the Notary Chamber of Georgia started the project which foresaw the translation of the European literature in relation to notariat in Georgian.

The project aims to improve the access to European literature that will promote the development of Georgian notariat and improvement of legislation.

Within the project, the first book - Wolf handbook “Property Law” was translated by Mr. Zurab Chechelashvili.

The book was presented to the guests as the gift.
