Presentation of the book “Notary Law” was held in the Notary Chamber of Georgia
The presentation of the book “Notary Law” was attended by the Deputy Minister of Justice of Georgia, Mr. Mikheil Sarjveladze, the Board of the Notary Chamber, Representatives of Caucasus University and Notaries.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Notary Chamber of Georgia, Ms. Marika Gogoladze is the author of the book “Notary Law”. The book will be a guide for both current and future notaries and law students. Since 1996 to present, after the establishment of independent Georgian Notariat, the notary law has been constantly modified, improved in order to adapt to the standards of Latin Notaries. The aim of writing this book was based upon the comparative analysis of issued legal documents at different times, review of existing errors and their eradication.
In addition to theoretical materials, the book provides a detailed review of notary practice, there is used the test material, including samples of notary acts.
“Notary Law” will provide the opportunity for lawyers to profoundly study the law of Georgia “On Notaries”, the instructions “On Rules of Performing Notary Acts”, the regulations and other legal acts of the Notary Chamber, as well as the ways of their realization in practice.
