The Documents Reception of Applicats willing to Participate in the Intern’s Competition started

The Notary Chamber of Georgia is pleased to announce the interns’ competition for nominees willing to hold office as a notary. The applications will be accepted starting from 27^th of October including 21^st  of November 2016.

The competition will be held on November 27 as tests in general skills.

The candidate may be a Citizen of Georgia having the higher legal education.

The candidates who have passed the qualifying examination of notaries according to the requirements of the Law of Georgia “On Notariat”, will be exempted from the obligation of passing the competition. Also, the persons who got the negative results in testing in the professional skills at the end of the theoretical course, will be authorized to re-pass the theoretical training course without passing the interns’s competition.

The applicants must send their documents in below given format to the following address: internships@notary.ge  or submit to the Secretariat of the Notary Chamber (Add.: Ak. Tsereteli Ave. 142, Tbilisi; Tel: 2 206 777 (1119)).

Required Documents:

• Higher Legal Education Document - Diploma copy;

• Application (submit the completed attached form);
• A copy of the ID Card;
• 2 (two) color photos (3X4).

The Interns shall undergo the theoretical and practical courses during eight months. The applicants must pay 600 Gel at the Notary Chamber account (the mentioned fee must be paid by the enrolled interns, before staring the study) for passing the internship.
