Action: "Free Legal Advice" will continue from September

Action: "Free Legal Advice” that began in April 2016 in the Notary Chamber of Georgia will continue in September.

The Citizens will be provided free legal advices every Saturday, within three months.

The population of the capital actively enjoyed the Notary advices. The action will start in August for the municipalities and rural population.

Similar actions will promote to raise the legal awareness of the population. In fact, the citizens are in need of legal education. One of the main reasons of property loss, damage as a result of transactions is the lack of knowledge and in often cases, elementary unawareness of legal issues. The Citizens don’t often know what rights they have to inheritance, how and in what period they must receive a succession certificate, which contract is better to sign to ensure that their property is protected, what property rights they have during the marriage or divorce ...

The Citizens will receive competent advices on these issues from the notaries, as the professional lawyers.
