The Population of Iormuganlo will use the notary services

From now the notary services are available for Iormuganlo population. The Notary will serve the local residents in the public center once a week.

At the initiative of the Minister of Justice of Georgia, in order to increase the notary service availability, the notary services have been introduced in the public center last year. The notaries serve the population in nine public centers. Kvareltskali (Akhmeta Municipality), Mejvriskhevi (Gori Municipality), Mukhaestate (Kobuleti Municipality), Foka (Ninotsminda Municipality), Jvari (Tsalenjikha Municipality), Martkophi (Gardabani Municipality), Kabala (Lagodekhi Municipality), Geguti (Tskaltubo Municipality) and now Iormuganlo (Sagarejo region) – these are the villages where citizens already enjoy the notary services.

At the initiative of the Minister of Justice, the notary services must be equally accessible for any citizen living in Georgia. This was the goal of the notary reform started last December. As a result the notaries were appointed in six municipalities where there were no notary offices. While the settlements still remaining without notaries will be able to obtain the notary services in the public centers.
