Campaign: "Free Legal Advice"

The Notary Chamber of Georgia has started the campaign “Free Legal Advice” from today. Every Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. till 04:00 p.m., the Notaries shall provide free consultations for the citizens in the Notary Chamber of Georgia.         

The goal of this action is to raise the legal awareness of the population. In fact, the citizens need the legal education. One of the main reasons for property loss, becoming a victim of transaction, often rudiments, is the lack of knowledge of legal issues. This is frequently seen from calls, statements, questions at the Notary Chamber. For example, citizens often do not know what rights they have to the succession, how and in what period they are entitled to receive the succession certificate, which contract is better to conclude for ensuring their property will be protected, what property rights they have during marriage or after divorce ...

Several notaries will serve the population in the Notary Chamber. Citizens will be able to obtain the necessary legal advices free of charge, in a comfortable environment, in order to protect their rights and property.
