“Succession Proceedings and Compliance of Practice with Law”

With the organization of the Training Center of Notary Chamber of Georgia, the seminar for notaries titled “Succession Proceedings, Compliance of Practice with Law” began. The seminar is held by the members of the Board of Notary Chamber.

The issuance of Succession Certificate is an exclusive right of the Notary. To become an owner of inherited property, it’s necessary to obtain a Succession Certificate from the notary. For the reception of the mentioned document, you may apply to any notary at the territory of Georgia within six months after the death of Testator (the property owner) and submit a statement on the acceptance of succession.

The goal of this seminar is to refine the succession proceedings, provide the compliance of practice with the Law that will assist to increase the quality and efficiency of service for citizens.
