Business Meeting to simplify the services

There was held a working meeting between the representatives of the Notary Chamber of Georgia and National Agency of Public Law. The goal of this meeting was to simplify and improve the quality of general services.

The mentioned two agencies of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia simultaneously carry out the registration of the right of citizens’ property since 2010. This novelty was introduced for the purpose of simplifying the services. A person appearing at notary for arranging the transaction no longer has to go to the National Agency of Public Law for registering the right of property, the notary will register it instead of this citizen. In addition, the citizen pays no additional fee for this service.

The concrete methods for improving the registration procedures and simplifying the services more were planned at the meeting.

The similar meetings will be held in future with all agencies related to notary activities. The joint conferences are planned as well.
