Reform in the Notariat
The Minister of Justice of Georgia, Ms. Tea Tsulukiani has met with the members of the Notary Chamber today and talked about the concept and reform of Notariat development. The meeting was held in Kvareli Branch of the Training Center of the Justice of Georgia.
The Minister talked about the initiative of the Ministry of Justice that considered the access to notary services for the population of any city and region of Georgia. The Members of the Notary Chamber expressed opinions on the development prospects of Notariat to the Minister.
The Minister of Justice said that the basic principles of the Notaries reform were discussed at the meeting. "Before speaking in the Parliament, we want to collate the principles with notaries. We have to know how to establish the Latin type notary, which already exists in our country. Citizens, even in a distant area, should not have to travel for hours to get the notary services. Notary services should be available to everyone.
We discuss together how to avoid the disturbances to protect the citizen appeared to notary from being a victim of any type of error. We also discuss how to change the face of the notary and present ourselves to the citizen and public in a new form, with a new logo, new colors and new branding. Notary Office, even from the distant, must be attractive and noticeable for everyone, "- said the Minister.
The new logo of Notary Chamber was presented at today’s meeting.
The logo of the Notary Chamber was changed at the initiative of the Ministry of Justice and the Notary Chamber. The old logo, where parchment and feather were depicted, no longer met the challenges and achievements of the Notariat of Georgia.
The development strategy of Notary Chamber aims the notary service to be even more simplified, improved, qualitative and comfortably acceptable for customers. The change of exterior, the image will assist the Notary Chamber for reaching this goal.
