On-line consultations of the Notary Chamber are actively used

About 50 citizens apply for on-line consultations of the Legal Service of the Notary Chamber of Georgia daily.

The said on-line service was introduced in the Notary Chamber in 2010. Lawyers render legal consultations to citizens via skype. Skype addresses are provided at the web-site of the Chamber.

An opportunity to get on-line legal services significantly simplifies obtaining of legal consultations by citizens, especially by those residing abroad.

On-line services have been actively introduced in the Georgian notariat since 2010. Currently it is available to get the following on-line services: notarization of Power of Attorney, Consent, Declaration, Minutes of meetings of founder and managing bodies of entrepreneur and non-entrepreneur legal entities, cooperation, political union of citizens, as well as notarization of bargains (only within the territory of Georgia), scheduling the visit to notary and getting consultations from the legal experts of the Notary Chamber.
