Practical Guideline of Notary

With organization of the Training Center of the Notary Chamber of Georgia, working meetings for notaries are in progress. A special group has been created for working on the practical guideline – Comments on the Instructions for the Rule of Performing Notary Acts”. At the outreach meeting held in Kazbegi the compliance of the ,,Practical Guideline for Notary” with the practice was discussed.

Working on the ,,Practical Guideline for Notary” commenced at the Notary Chamber last year. The said project is carried out by support of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
