Seminar for future consuls

Nino Khoperia, the chairman of the Board of the Notary Chamber of Georgia is holding a seminar for the employees of Georgian diplomatic representations abroad, future consuls. Training will last three days and includes legal and technical aspects associated with performing of notary acts.

In pursuance with the Georgian Law ,,about Notary”, besides notaries,  number of notary acts  (for example, certifying  of will, agreement, Power of Attorney, genuineness of signature… ) are  also performed by the  duly authorized persons of Georgian diplomatic representations abroad and consular institutions. They are entitled to perform the notary act only in case of availability of general electronic notary registry, accordingly the training course held by the Training Center for future consuls will help them in performing consular duties in the future.

Notary Chamber holds seminars for employees of diplomatic representations on systematic basis.
