Seminar for notaries

With organization of the Notary Chamber of Georgia the seminar on ,,Burning issues of the International Private and International Civil Procedures Law in Georgian legal practice” commenced.

The following matters will be discussed at the seminar: Practical aspects of determining the applicable law in International private legal agreements”; International agreement, legal and material relations in the context of international private law; International family and inheritance-legal relations in the context of international private law; Matters of acknowledgement and enforcement of judgments of foreign courts and notary acts”

Notaries will pass the phased trainings on the said matters. Similar seminars significantly facilitate notaries in their practical activities.
