Delegation of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire acquainted with the reforms of Georgian notariat

Notary Chamber of Georgia was visited by the delegation of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, President of Notary Chamber, Chiefs of Land management and investment environment improvement departments.

The visit was organized by the World Bank and its aim was to acquaint with the business environment in Georgia.

Nino Khoperia, the Chairman of the Board of the Notary Chamber of Georgia, familiarized the guests with the reforms being implemented in the Georgian notariat.  The most interesting for the delegation members was the electronic management, having been introduced in Georgian since 2009. Georgia is one of innovator countries in this view.  On-line notarization of Powers of Attorney, Consents and Statements is provided only in Georgia.
