Seminars for notaries delivered by the UINL representative

Training for notaries on ,,Professional obligations of notary and ethics standards” commences at ,,Rooms Hotel Tbilisi”. It will last one week and all notaries practicing within the territory of Georgia will pass it.

Seminars are delivered by the representative of the International Union of Latin Notaries Michelle Merlot.

Standards of professional ethics of Georgian notaries are determined by the Code of Ethics. It was approved on October 6, 2011. Along with the Georgian legislation the Code is also based on the principles of Latin Notariat.

Mr. Michelle Merlot, the President of International Cooperation Commission of UINL will once more remind the international standards of professional ethics to notaries and share the experience of foreign notariats with them.

Seminars are held with organization of the Training Center of the Notary Chamber. Training is compulsory and facilitates to the quality enhancement and efficiency of notary service.
