Notaries approved the budget and priorities of the Notary Chamber for 2015 year

Notaries approved the budget of the Notary Chamber of Georgia for 2015 year.

Notary Chamber is the union based on mandatory membership of notaries and financed only by membership fees having paid by notaries. Priority areas of the budget of 2015 year are the enhancement of efficiency and quality of notary service and development of electronic services. Projects and events planned for the current year mainly foresee the boost of notary’s image and confidence in them.

Members of Disciplinary and Financial-Revision Commissions were also elected at the meeting. The Disciplinary Commission consists of 5 members (notaries), it considers the matters of disciplinary misdemeanor from notary’s side and takes relevant conclusions on assigning the disciplinary sanctions to them.  Merab Parjikia, Nani Sidamonidze, Maia Bigvava, Maia Chaladze  and Maia Metreveli were elected Disciplinary Commission members.

Financial-Revision Commission inspects the financial activities and legality of accounting of the Board of the Notary Chamber. The said commission also consists of 5 members. Gocha Chabaloshvili, Raiana Chankseliani-Chikovani, Nana Bakuradze, Giorgi Jeladze and Tamar Kobakhidze are Financial-Revision Commission members.
