TRAINING FOR YOUNG NOTARIES

The International Union of Notaries organized training for young notaries at the World Notariat University in Rome. On behalf of Georgia the training was attended by Georgian notaries Megi Magaldadze and Tamta Tchadashvili and a notary candidate, employee of the Notary Chamber Legal Department Nino Kharitonashvili. The course considered notary issues: role of notaries at the international level, ethics, inheritance law, real estate and management. Participants passed theoretical and practical training as well.

The Notary Chamber of Georgia is a member of the International Union of Notaries since 2007. The Chamber actively cooperates with notariats of the Union member-countries, attends and hosts international conferences of notaries.
