This year 155 467 authenticity of copies of documents and 85 830 authenticity of signatures were confirmed.

The main exclusive function of the notary is to accept the certificate on inheritance. The evidence on inheritance is the document which confirms the right of ownership on the inherited property. It is given only by notaries. This year  10471 evidence on inheritance were released.

since 2007 to confirm authenticity of agreements (mortgage contracts, sale and purchase contracts, loan contract) is not the main function of the notary. Though notaries are often applied to arrange contracts. For example, this year 9925 loan and mortgage contracts, 3648 mortgage contracts, 2721 contracts of purchase were certified. Notarized contracts allow each party to be protected. As when the notary makes the project, it equally protects interest of each party, expects all possible risks and respectively ensures safety of the contract.
